“When you’re starting out in internet marketing there’s a huge amount to learn. There comes a time when you have to make the decision whether to outsource the technical ins and outs of squeeze pages, autoresponders, social media and shopping carts, or struggle on with learning it yourself. That’s where Steve comes in!
What I like about working with Steve is that he combines a wealth of knowledge and diverse technical skills with an enthusiastic, enquiring mind. So if there’s ever a new product out there that might benefit you, he’ll let you know – and if there’s anything he doesn’t know about how to make it work with your website (rare), he’ll make it his business to find out so your business doesn’t lose out. And with technology changing at a rapid rate, that’s a valuable attribute.”

I knew that getting the right web support was vital to my growing business and had already paid the price of the wrong type of support. I was drawn to contact Steve after reading his clear and informative free reports. I knew Steve was going to be my business’s ‘secret weapon’ the as soon as we spoke. What I love about him is that I explain ‘the vision’ as an end product and he masterfully makes it happen.
His web designs are clean and classy and he is a joy to communicate with – speedy and clear responses every time. He works brilliantly with my Personal Assistant and always goes that extra mile to ensure a professional result. One of the things I have valued most are his little video tutorials which take you step by step through a process you may be unfamiliar with.
Its up to you how much you do – he can do it all, or hand over the reins to you. Thanks Steve – you are an absolute star and I cant recommend you highly enough.

Steve was highly recommended by a friend of mine as I wanted to create a website that spoke clearly to my brand and work with someone who could help me navigate the world of social media. Steve is a pleasure to work with, he’s knowledgeable, responsive and reliable – something that I don’t take likely when I’m trusting someone with my business. He’s thorough and thoughtful, patiently guiding me through changes and updates which will attract my ideal client and make the most of my investment. I’ve already recommended him to a handful of friends because of his service and approach.

When I discussed with Steve my requirements it was important for me to use someone who understands what I am trying to achieve. Steve shared his knowledge of WordPress and provided me with assurance to action my project. He was very quick responding back to my questions and explaining stuff that was new to me and out of my comfort zone.
Steve has provided simple and creative touches to my website – which looks lovely. I wanted to bring the web site up to date, as quickly as possible, in a way that would allow me to start exploiting the opportunities social media provides – without costing a fortune.
Working with Steve has been a pleasure – he’s fast, understands what is needed and brings his own ideas and knowledge to the project in a way that gives you the results you have asked for. I highly recommend working with himand have already referred 3 or 4 people to him already.

So far Steve has created 2 sites for me, first a simple site for a new venture I’m working on – which looks lovely, and secondly a revamp of the site of the charity I run – which Steve turned around at lightening speed! We wanted to bring our site up to date, as quickly as possible, in a way that would allow us to start exploiting the opportunities social media provides to small charities with big ambitions, like ours – without costing a fortune.
Steve took our original design and updated it – now we can easily manage our own content, and ask Steve when we need something special like the differently branded page for a special event he recently created. Working with Steve is a total pleasure – he’s fast, understands what is needed and brings his own ideas and knowledge to the project in a way that it helfpul, but never imposing – I cannot recommend working with him highly enough.

Major Problem Solved – Get Your Own WordPress Development Superhero
‘Oh, *$%@ing hell!’
I can’t remember exactly, but I’m pretty sure that was one of the first things I said at about 1:30pm on Saturday.
I was busy working on my website, I’d updated a plugin or two and was busy adding the video and form that you can see on the right of the blog. I refreshed the page to double-check that the front page was as I wanted it.
And then it happened.
The front page started redirecting to the ‘Confirm Your Subscription’ page. I had no idea why and tried looking through every bit of code I could find to see why it had happened.
In fact, I ended up spending hours on The Warrior Forum trying to find an expert. Even when I deleted the page, it kept redirecting to the page and returning a 404 error (the error that happens when a page can’t be found or no longer exists). The Warriors were helpful, but I didn’t have time to implement all their suggestions as I was about to go out. Also, I wasn’t sure how expert they were at WordPress.
By this stage I was raging with frustration… It appeared that my website was really screwed up and that I may start losing traffic and looking a little incompetent at the same time.
Then I remembered an e-mail that the owner of The Money Gym (Nicola Cairncross) had sent me, mentioning a guy that has helped her with all things technical when it comes to her websites. I remembered that I’d actually met Steve Watson at one of Nicola’s events. He certainly seemed knowledgeable, and one look at his website confirmed that he was my best hope of sorting the problem.
I sent him an e-mail and he replied within a couple of hours. Not only did he reply quickly, but he’d logged into my WordPress site (I sent him the details) and located the problem, which turned out to be a dodgy plugin malfunction.
He then put it right, and the site was up and running as usual in no time. Brilliant.
Needless to say, I’d highly recommend Steve’s services. He’s a great guy and has helped Nicola to build a huge and very successful business online. If you need help with WordPress, he’s your man.

So I carefully backed up everything and then copied the blog. Ready to go I downloaded then uploaded the new files. Except it didn’t work and no matter what I tried I was lost.
But wait who’s that over there. It’s my knight in shining armour that’s who that is. An expert in WordPress and all stuff related came to my rescue. Name of Steve Watson. I can’t tell you what he did but he saved my blog. It looks the same but believe me the workings are all shiny and new.
Best of all I can update it no problem from now on. And for me the best gift from Steve was the fact that he managed to salvage all my posts. Every last one of them that was stored on the backup. If you need help with your WordPress I’ve put a button on the side and you can go straight to him. Also very useful for me for when I get all clever again – and I will.

Steve has been excellent in providing a fast response to my technical enquiries associated with my Word Press blog and related matters, and sorting them out quickly and with no fuss. I look forward to using him more in the future, and regularly recommend him to others.

I commissioned Steve to edit an audio powerpoint presentation and to upload it onto my website. I also requested that he do all the technical work required to add a shopping cart to my website to enable customers to pay for and download the product. I was absolutely delighted with the result of Steve’s work. I had been trying to do this myself for weeks with no success, and Steve sorted out the entire problem within two days! It took a load off my mind and I should have done this ages ago! I have no hesitation in recommending Steve as a brilliant techie guy who absolutely knows his stuff. And on top of that he is very fast, efficient, charming and courteous. I had four orders for my new product within a few days of Steve fixing the website.

When working with an outsourcer it is important for me to use someone who ‘gets’ me. Steve certainly took the time to do that. But Steve’s real ‘USP’ is allowing you to develop your own knowledge of WordPress whilst he is getting on with the project. He was very patient in answering my questions and explaining stuff that was new to me so that a few weeks in, I had learned enough to take over much of the work myself.

Words cannot describe adequately enough how grateful I am to have been a client of Steve. He has the rare ability of understanding almost telepathically what I wanted – I gave very few directions. He combines online marketing genius with exceptional design taste and gets everything done in lightening speed. He has my highest recommendation!
Thank you Steve!!

When something went wrong with my blog and membership site the other day, I was panicking as I wasn’t even able to sign in!! But I needn’t have worried. Luckily I’m signed up to Steve Watson’s Blog Maintenance service and he took care of everything for me. In a day or two all was well again and I could just get on with marketing my business and delivering my service to clients. I would NEVER have been able to puzzle out what was wrong, much less put it right, and it would have taken weeks not days!
